1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between:

and the customer via our online shop.

Customers within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are both consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).

Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an explicit order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Contract Language and Storage

The contract language is German and English.

The contract text is stored and sent to the customer by email after the order is placed. Further access to the contract text is not provided.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated are final prices including statutory VAT.

Additional shipping costs may apply and will be displayed separately during the ordering process.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Self-collection is not available.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 2–7 working days after receipt of payment.

If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

6. Payment Terms

The following payment methods are available:

  • Prepayment (bank transfer)

  • Credit card

  • PayPal / PayPal Express

  • Klarna (invoice, installment purchase, direct debit, instant payment)

  • Instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Payment processing is carried out by external payment service providers.

6.1 Late Payment

In case of late payment, statutory provisions apply.

For consumers, we reserve the right to charge reasonable reminder fees.

For businesses, default interest of 9 percentage points above the base rate applies, plus a flat fee of EUR 40.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

For business customers, we retain ownership of the goods until all claims arising from the business relationship have been fully settled.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the separate cancellation policy.

9. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the customer is requested to report this immediately to the delivery service and contact us.

Failure to make such a complaint does not affect statutory warranty rights.

10. Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies.

For consumers, the limitation period for warranty claims is 2 years from delivery of the goods.

For business customers, the limitation period is 12 months from transfer of risk.

Liability for fraudulently concealed defects, guarantees, and claims under product liability law remains unaffected.

11. Liability

We are fully liable for:

  • Intent and gross negligence

  • Injury to life, body, or health

  • Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. Product Liability Act)

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Applicable Law

For consumers, the law of the country of their habitual residence applies, insofar as mandatory consumer protection regulations apply.

For businesses, only German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

14. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
