Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

• which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery,

• or which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

This applies in particular to opened or unsealed cosmetic products and dietary supplements.

Return Costs

We will bear the direct costs of returning goods within Germany.

Different conditions may apply for returns from outside Germany.

Value Compensation

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
