Returns

You can return items to us free of charge from Germany within 14 days of receipt within the scope of the right of withdrawal. In the event of a return, please contact us so that we can send you a return form by email.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract.

The return of the goods is free of charge for you in Germany, regardless of the value of the goods.

If you have decided to return goods, we would like to ask you to observe the following points: Always return the item complete and in the original packaging. Simply fill out the return form (this must be included in your return package) and attach the self-adhesive return label to the front of the package. Returns can then be sent back to us free of charge via DHL. You can drop off the return at a Deutsche Post branch or DHL Packstation. Have a return receipt issued. This will give you proof of your return.

Important: You are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse. Please package your return in such a way that the items or boxes are protected from damage. We accept no liability for deliveries returned in error.
